Transport from Prague to Vienna

Hello,

Im planning a trip to Prague %26amp; Vienna for a week on 19 Jan with one of my girl friend, I wonder if I stay in Prague for 4 days, will that be enough? and Please advice the best transport to Vienna, by train or bus?
