Cheapest way from the airport...

Hi there, can anyone help me please - I am booking a suprise trip for my brother from the uk to prague and i have booked the hotel Aramis and I am wondered what the best/cheapest way for him to get to his hotel is? Also, what is the cost of food/beer etc when you are over there?

Any help would be appreciated.
