Prague-great city but take care of stupid details

We have been on Silvester 2008/2009 and we discovered an impresive medieval great city with many atractions: Castles, Towers, river cruises,winter markets...

Unfortunatelly we chose a trip by a touristic agency %26quot; BEST TOUR Prague %26quot; to Karlovy vary in the New Year eve and almost to get ruined the Silvester night! They took us 65euro/person for a 140km minus 5km ,a poor guide (Michaela) that was sleeping on the whole road to and back from Karlovy Vary,a meal into restaurant and a ride back at 5 km far from the hotel where they picked up in the morning.At return this agency left us into a unknown small street somewere in Prague with no indication to reach our hotel with one hour ( at 6 o%26#39;clock PM) before starting the gala dinner to our 4 stars hotel.But 3people that have been in contact with us from this %26quot;agency%26quot; BE(A)ST TOUR were not proffesionals enough to tell us all day that they will not take care about us on return -but only to let us in the middle of unknown.If we knew about their atitude at the end probably we have payed to to driver more to drive us that 5km left or pop down to a metro station that we recognized. Any negotiations with Jana and her coleague where for nothing and revealed antitouristic atitude! It is a pity for such a great touristic city.

Very sorry about your experience, but the website states that the tour ends in the city centre. I cannot believe that they would not tell you where the nearest metro or tram stop is . That is unexcusable. Where did they leave you and where was your hotel? How did you manage to get back?
