Taxi from airport

Hope you can advise - we are travelling to Prague this Friday the 16th and staying at the Cloisters Inn can anyone advise me of how much we should be paying on a single fare to this hotel from the airport and also the best taxi company to use - should we get a taxi from straight outside the airport? or should we book a return fare? - I have read that we should always negotiate the fare before entering the taxi. We have found on the various websites that we can book from England prior to arrival is this okay to do?

Any urgent advice would be appreciated this is a special occasion (my husbands 40th and we are wanting everything to go to plan) also does anyone have any suggestions on a nice restuarant for a special occasion on the Ssturday night for his actual birthday looking for traditional czech menu with nice wine and cozy atmosphere - price not too important but within reason - please advise
