What is the best way to get from Brno to uherske Hradiste?

There are loads of direct options, both by bus and by train. The bus is quickest and cheapest though - c. 1h 20mins/75 Crowns by bus vs. c. 2 hours/102 Crowns by train.
Have a look at jizdnirady.idnes.cz/vlakyautobusy/spojeni/
The bus station is behind the rail station - you have to walk through the new Vaňkovka shopping centre.
