Prague in may ?

Im travelling to europe in may-june and of course Prague is in my itinerary. I have ten days from there to Berlin where I´m taking a plane to Copenhagen.

I´d like to know if anyone has done Prague to Berlin and suggest any itinerary in particular, is it possible to do a day trip to any parts in Boheme when in prague ?

Berlin to Prague is easy by train www.idos.cz for times - and have a look through this forum for tips on what else to see in this country. I think it has been quite comprehensively covered :)
