Budweiser Brewery (Budejovicky Budvar)

hi,

im going to prague for 3 days and was wondering which would be better to go to the Budweiser Brewery (Budejovicky Budvar) or the Bone Church. im hoping to do the trip in a day, as i say i should have the sites of prague seen in a day (or am i delusional:) )

You won%26#39;t see all the sights of Prague in one day, but you could have a reasonable stab at it :)

I would do the bone church/Kutna Hora - it is nearer (c. 1 hour by train) and more spectacular.

thanks GCEK, what im actually hoping to do is, sat/ sun in prague then a day trip (looks like the church) on monday then fly back on tuesday.

might do the church because if its that close (1 hour) it allows time for relaxing in the spa at the hotel. thanks again

Why not spend some time doing some more sights/having a couple of beers instead of sitting in the sauna? Surely you could do that at home? :)

Kutna Hora itself is an hour away, and then you need to walk to the church.

For train times take a look at www.idos.cz

Have fun!

I think you should review the spa facilities, does not look that great, you might be disappointed.

If a brewery is what you really want to see. Why not going to Benešov and check out the local brewery? The place itself is much nicer than Budvar and it is a lot nearer to Prague.

thanks alot for the info guys, much appreciatted.

The Budvar Brewery is a great tour, but rather a long trip out from Prague. Consider Pilsner Urquell in Plzen as a closer alternative.
