Look at the HMCE website for allowances and fags yoiu can get at the airport - they are the same price everywhere,

The Czech Republic is part of the EU and there are no restrictions now,there was restrictions on cigarettes but that was lifted recenty (something to do with unequal taxes on them)I think the recommendation is 3000 cigs.

I don%26#39;t smoke but have seen quite a wide range at the airport shops in Prague.

Becherovka is also reasonably priced there,you may not know what it is(at the moment) ,but I am sure you will be bringing a bottle back with you.try some in one of the pubs you will no doubt be visiting.
