You were looking at Rokoko and Amarilis in your previous posting. As regards the sex industry, Stepanska (Amarilis) and Rokoko corner of Stepanska and Wenceslas Square I doubt that there are any that you would notice. I believe Ve Smeckach is the street which hosts these activities. I would not worry about it. But perhaps praguepivo can give a more detailed answer being familiar with the area.

Sonata is not in the centre as far as I can see.

Did you look at K %26amp; K Central in Hybernska? Good reviews, good location, not that expensive.

WAIT A MINUTE!!!

are you suggesting that I know the ins and outs (intended) of the sex industry here in Prague?? Well, I do know where a lot of them are I must admit as I do drive by them a lot.

First of all do not be concerned about it, it exists here, just like any big city. I would have to say that the worst located hotel (but a very nice hotel) is the KK Fenix across the street from and next to brothels but even the people that stay there tell me they were not bothered by the business. Go for the Rokoko, it is in a better location than the Sonata plus not only is the Sonata on a very busy traffic corner but it is in virtually the same building as a fire station so it can be very noisy!
