considering trip

last year i did a trip to europe and spent most of my time in amsterdam (was my type of town in every which way) then went to brussels and then paris, which was a very beautiful city. am planning a trip in preliminary stages and have heard good things about prague just from heresay. was wondering if it is comparable to any of the places ive visited. am with a group of 25-35, mostly single some married men who like to party til the wee hours of the morning but most importantly interact with likeminded people. couple people are chef%26#39;s so we eat were they choose, so good food is a plus. any input would be helpful as i will take what i hear to the rest in order to make decision. other main contenders are tokyo or hong kong. Thanks.

I was going to ask how long the visit would be, and that perhaps you could combine Prague with a couple of other cities and visits. Many combine with Budapest or Vienna etc. The good thing i this part of Europe, it%26#39;s vey quick to step into other countries.

But the Tokyo/Hong Kong %26#39;contenders%26#39; has thrown me, I really don%26#39;t think you%26#39;ll find more opposites. It%26#39;s extremely difficult for people here to advise if you would be better in Prague or Japan, HK China IMO.

Europe is SO different, only you can choose what continent.

I would choose Hong Kong.

Prague is upbeat and fun similar to Amsterdam. Another one that is very similar to Amsterdam is Barcelona. You could get a euro discount carrier from Prague to Barcelona. Love Vancouver too.

supposing you are single and your intentions are purely only hooking up with some beautiful girls do not come to Prague.

Let%26#39;s do the math. I dont know the accurate statistics hence im just gonna guess. Prague has approx. 1 mio inhabitants, a half of whom are females. Here are roughly 240 thousand young/younger women at your age. Some of them are already attached, which means that by estimation 150 thousand of girls and young women of various charachters, appearances and reputations are available.

Now, Hong Kong has 7mio inhabitants....

p.s.: I personally believe that the fame and glory around beauty of Czech girls is overrated.

Great post and q.

From BC... yes, go HK. Tokyo might be to tame for them / you.

Men. Party. Meat. Beer. Prague. Yes...

Enjoy. All of your options will take you to the promised land...

Prague would be the cheaper destination if money comes into play at all--just think with the xtra cash how drunk you could be by the wee morning...

Thanks for all the replies, jirikoo great breakdown of the stats but that one beautiful lady out of the roughly 3.5 billion worldwide might be found there, and i might have to be the judge of the overrating of czech girls myself as ive heard quite the contrary.

seasmoke ive actually been told by a couple other ppl who visited tokyo albeit it was a long time ago they visited that for some in our group they may not find it lively enough to their rock standards and also heard that if you leave the tourist area it is difficult conversating in english with most ppl, thats from heresay but communication with minimal of same language hasnt been a issue in previous experiences. So weve essentially thrown that one out with this group anyways.

weve also decided that if we go to czech, everyone wants to see at least another country within europe. i know barcelona was mentioned but was thinking that instead of flying perhaps the train system would be once again the way to go and looking at a map as to proximity, Germany seems to be an ideal location, we also have some in our group very interested in checking out italy.

So its gonna be between HK and europe, does the same super trains run all accross europe. would it be better to fly to italy from czech if thats were we wanted to see secondary, and if going to germany which would be ideal frankfurt or berlin, or would there be a more desired country close by to visit within a roughly 10 day period. Thanks.

As per my initial response, I did ask about other countries but it depends how long you visit.

Even a 7 day visit can incorporate two cities.

Budapest in Hungary, Vienna in Austria, are only a few hours away by easy train link. From Vancouver, it%26#39;s a no brainer to go that option if in Europe IMO.

P.S. Regarding Germany, Berlin or Munich would be best choice from Prague IMO.
