St matthews fare

Hi

We will be in Prague from the 23 to 26 of this month and just read the article in the Guardian where they mention St Matthews fare.Can anyone tell me what it is and where in the city it`s held?Suitable for small children?Thanks

The dates in the link are last year%26#39;s, so most probably the fair will open on 22nd February. Good luck with your choices.
