best way to get into prague from krakow or budapest

Trying to do it right and easiest. Leave Budapest and end in Budapest. So, opinions needed on direction to take.

Go Budapest - Krakow night train, then Krakow - Prague night train, then Prague - Budapest night train.

That way you save three hotel nights and you get taken to your next destination as well.

All times on www.idos.cz and tickets can be bought when you get there (not available on-line - they won%26#39;t be booked out though).
