HELP!!

I%26#39;ve spent so long over the last few days trying to find somewhere to stay that I haven%26#39;t done my homework with regards tro the most important part of our trip. Czech Beer, and where we can go to drink some without being ripped off, yet in a fairly Central location.

Any recomendations in the Old Town area please?

Many thanks!

those places are very centrally located and famous for Czech Beer. U Medvidku - Na Perstyne 7, U Hrocha - Thunovska 178/10, U Vejvodu - Jilska 4, Prague 1.

All the above places are well recommended. However, when on a long walk just stop for a drink wherever you fancy, but look at the price list first!!

How much is the average beer in Prague now, has it gone up a lot from last year?

This is a thread that Uncle Gus posted in June.

%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;Prices range wildly.At this time last year the cheapest I paid was about 20 czk in Zizkov to a wopping 135czk at the airport ( last beer before heading home),but certainly around the 40czk is pretty average in the central area.

The £ is worth 25% less against the Czk than it ws last year and that is what makes it seem more expensive.

Compared to the UK it is still cheap and very cheap away from the city center.%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;
