I am not sure which is the best way to get there by public transport.
One option would be to take bus 119 from the airport to Dejvicka, there change to a metro for 9 stops to Zelivskeho, and change for trams 10 or 16 for 3 stops to Biskupcova - then a few minutes walking.
Alternatively take the metro from dejvicka to Museum, change to Line C direction Letnany, for 2 stops to Florenc and take a bus 133 for 3 stops to Cerninova.
