well located place to stay in Prague

Please can anyone suggest a safe, basic, reasonably comfortable place to stay at in Prague? I will be travelling alone and am looking for an affordable B%26amp;B/ Hostel. Most important requirement is location, it should be as close as possible to the main places. anything within 40-60 euro/night?
