I will be stopping over in prague airport for roughly 4 hrs before my next flight. Are there any nice restaurants or someplace nice to visit during this time?

I can%26#39;t think of anything much very close to the airport, no. Budvarka is located close to the end of bus 119 and is about 25 minutes from the airport. More pub than retaurant.
Or maybe Klášterní šenk, not so convenient by public transport but not too far by taxi.

This somewhat upscale place is in a village just one exit past the airport. A taxi would probably cost around 200 CZK each way (the restaurant would call one for you on the return trip).
