Charles Hotel email address

Seasons Greetings to you all, hope you had a merry crimbo and father xmas brought you what you really wanted.

I have booked a surprise trip to Prague next August for the wife to celebrate her 60th birthday we are staying at the Charles Hotel for five days. I have searched high and low but I cannot find the email address for this hotel. I will this need to arrange flowers and chocs in the room when we arrive.

Does anyone know the email address for this hotel, as I cannot see it on their website.
