Leave England 2.30 this Friday afternoon - going to hotel at side of Wenceslas Square - how much Taxi please, or is it easy to get there by public transport and if so what -reply before 11.00am your time would be much appreciated thankyou for any information you can give me

taxi 450 - 700 Kc - agree on the price beforehand,
the alternative way - bus 119 to the metro station Dejvicka - take a ride to Mustek (still on the same Green Line A). You hotel is most probably about 400m away from Musek.

A taxi to Wenceslas Square is not very cost effective because of the traffic layout. Expect about 600 CZK. Public transport might take 5 mins more but only costs 26 CZK. Don%26#39;t be a mug.

Thank you for your speedy replies. I fancy public transport my daughter fancies Taxi - either way we can argue the point all the way on the Plane - looking forward though to visiting your Country - will post when we return

Hope you flight is on time. I%26#39;ve been stuck in the lounge at Stansted for 2hrs thanks to some inexplicable delay.

easyJet - Stansted Airport - disrupted Flight EZY3064 from Prague was due at 11:55, now expected at 13:10.

TORII - Many thanks. Mrs Vax and I were on the earlier flight EZY3063. It starts from Stansted so usually foolproof, but today the plane had a problem. You would think they would have a spare somewhere local, especially with the winter flight cancellations. But no, they had to fly a spare from Barcelona! Anyway, two hours late but now enjoying the Budvar and Beer Cheese at Budvarka. Didn%26#39;t even make it all the way home before the hunger pangs struck
