Do all of the train stations through out the Czech Republic have kiosks or automated ticket dispensers (I don%26#39;t know what else to call them) or will I have to purchace my tickets from a person and completely butcher the Czech language?

I haven%26#39;t seen many automatic ticket machines about. But fear not the staff in the ticket windows are helpful even if they don%26#39;t speak english.
You can purchase and print your own tickets online at https://eshop.cd.cz/Default.aspx?lang=E
Until recently this used to be in Czech only, but is now available in english also.

Some very small stations are not manned, so you would need to buy the ticket on the train. But it is unlikely that you would travel to/from such a station. Write your destination on a piece of paper and show it at the ticket desk, you should be OK.
