3 weeks travel - Sept 09

We would like to start in Prague, over to Budapest and then the coast from Ljubljana to Dubrovnik. I know I%26#39;m including 3 countries, but since Europeans travel so much, thought someone could tell me if this sounds like a good plan. We would like to take some trains and plan on renting a car. I%26#39;m just starting to do research and will get to the other forums soon. Thanks. Pam
