5 nites on february 23 to 28 ...Prague or Berlin?

Hi,

I can%26#39;t decide!I%26#39;m having a winter break from 23 to 28 in febrauary but I can%26#39;t choose between Berlin or Prague.

Some advice?

I know it%26#39;s cold everywhere in Europe now,I%26#39;m from Milan and now is 0°C,but in Prague it%26#39;s so damn cold?

5 days are too much?
