When you are in Prague and want to buy a pre-oaid SIM-card, do you need to bring any papers? or do you just pay for it and then use it?
Which pre-paid card fices the best value for local calls?
Thx

Just buy it and use it - there is a stall in the airport as you come out at arrivals. As for local calls, it all depends on what company your friends are using. Basically it makes no difference IMO - everyone has their favourite. You have to unblock your phone first, though, and call an activation number - all the instructions are in English.

The three mobile operators in CR and their offers of pre-paid cards in English to compare:

t-mobile.cz/Web/…Twist-PrepaidService.aspx

Thanks everyone; I have a follow-up question; If I want to go to another country like Slovakia, Austria (as a short trip during the Prague visit), which pre-paid SIM card should be best for roaming?
I do not want to buy a new Sim card for just 1 day in the new country.
Thx
