%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;%26lt;hotel galileo, hotel roma and hotel caesar palace%26gt;%26gt;%26gt; Have a look at the reviews on here it will help you make up your mind,as for the cheap price the tourist industry is struggling at the mo plus it is what they call low season so it all works in your favor.

Have a look at this link - it is up to date info on Prague public transport from TA inside pages.
3 day pass is not worth having unless you have children with you (explained in the above link). Your hotel is fairly central, and you would only need 18 KC tickets to get to the top of Wenceslas Square. You may find that you would not take the full advantages of the day pass either.
How to get to your hotel? Assuming that you don%26#39;t want to take a taxi(about £20), the best bet is bus 119 to Dejvicka, then metro to Namesti Miru (6 stops) and walk about 5 minutes to Bruselska.

thanks pennylane so you know the hotel is central do you think we would get around ok on foot.
also our flight gets into prague late, about 10.10pm is the public transport safe at night?
thanks

I would certainly not waste my money on a 3 day pass. I think you would be perfectly fine with just the tickets. But try it on the first day, and if you think a day pass would be worth it, buy it then.
The Transport Desk at the airport will be closed that late at night. You can buy the tickets from the outside machines but you would need change. You can try to get the change from some of the shops if they are still open, or at the bar.
The transport is perfectly safe, but I don%26#39;t think I would want to walk in Prague at midnight looking for the accommodation. Not for safety reasons but I think
in an unknown place it is more difficult to get your bearings.
If you can afford it, fork out on a taxi, or you can prebook a taxi, the link below provides a very reliable service, for about £18 directly to your hotel.

thats great i think il book the taxi. £18 is not so much for direct transfer.

I think you%26#39;ve made a good choice. Have a great time in Prague.
