Panic!Cant get Uprince,need similar hotel on old town square

I left it too late and now I cant get the uprince on the old town square.Can anyone recommend a similar hotel on the old town square please. thanks!

Thanks everyone! I had dropped the ball completely due to a death in the family. So when I went to book the U Prince (I wanted to book Wed, Thurs %26amp; Fri night) I was told they are fully booked on Friday night. I was surprised myself as going next week and thought the hotel would be half empty anyway at this time of the year... I booked the Grand Hotel Praha this time. More expensive than U Prince but what can you do - my heart was set on the Old Town Square with a view of the clock and it is a birthday present to my boyfriend so I wanted it to be extra special. Maybe or hopefully we will fall in love with Prage and will have to go back and stay in the U Prince next time :-) Thank you all again for your quick response and help, without you I wouldnt have known about the Grand Hotel Praha. If you have any good suggestions for a restaurant with good czheck food somewhere in the old town let me know please. I know i could find lots on the forum but due to the situation in the family right now I just dont have a lot of time to read through it all unfortunately. Thanks again!

So sorry to hear your news , but you have got yourself a lovely ,hotel.

There are loads of restaurants in the Old Town Square ad one attached to your hotel but you pay Old Town Square prices ,go down the back streets and lanes you will find loads to offer.

That%26#39;s good to hear! I%26#39;m slowly starting to get excited again after all this sadness but that%26#39;s life - it goes on... I hope there will be snow in Prague next week - seems to be if I am to believe the weather forecast. We will follow our nose and hopefully find some nice local food around the back streets in the old town.
